Our society has come to rely on the sheer size, technological power, and lightening fast speed of the Internet to seek out immeasurable pages of information, explore the unknown, and communicate with virtually anyone, anywhere, and at anytime across the globe. Conversely, the Internet has opened windows of previously unknown criminal opportunities that not only challenge, but also transcend all physical boundaries, borders, and limitations to detect, punish, and diminish what a ppears to be a mounting problem of global proportion. As such, the Internet has literally become a fertile breeding ground for an entirely new and unique type of criminal offender hereafter known as the cyber stalker – an offender who uses the Internet a s a tool or weapon of sorts to prey upon, harass, threaten, and generate immense fear and trepidation in its victims through sophisticated stalking tactics. This paper presents a glimpse into the deviant behaviors and tactics associated with cyber stalking crimes, legislative intervention measures, and preventative initiatives created specifically to curtail this emerging global crime (Pittaro, 2007). However, it has a growing and frightening growth that should be considered as a possible public health problem based on the criteria developed by Leavell and Clark (1976). The definition of health problem is expressed in terms of its nature, extent, severity and significance. binomial aggressor-victim and that to better understand two important aspects to be considered: Virtual crimes have become not only a violence against the human being in political matters, but a way of life that expresses unconstitutional control over human life. Taking into account that the aggressors act individually and also in groups, one could imagine the condition of a single victim targeted by the action of several aggressors suffering bulls through simultaneous attacks hacker/cracker, for example, a group of about of about 10 aggressors at the same time for 4 hours a day for several months? What would be the most commonly used radiation exposure - nonionizing that these people would have? What will be the consequences to your health of this person? What would be the health damage of this hypothetical victim? Electronic torture, in all its forms and by the various digital devices in which it places man amid subtle forms of control and surveillance, is a reality in an increasingly deterritorialized world (cyberspace), in which we are all controlled and guarded in the space by the intentional access to the electronic space.

Thousands protested in Brazil on Sunday in support of Justice Minister Sergio Moro, who is battling claims he conspired with prosecutors on his anti-corruption drive to keep former leader Luis Inacio Lula da Silva from another presidential run.
Moro, who was a powerful judge before joining President Jair Bolsonaro's cabinet in January, has faced calls for his resignation over leaked chats purportedly showing he worked with prosecutors in the so-called Car Wash probe to keep Lula, a popular leftist, out of the 2018 presidential race.
Demonstrators took to the streets in Brazil's main cities, including the capital Brasilia, Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte, to show their support for Moro, who is considered a hero by many Brazilians fed up with corrupt leaders.
In the latest messages published by The Intercept investigative website, prosecutors expressed concern that Moro had a personal and political agenda in the probe and were unhappy over his appointment to the far-right government, which they feared would undermine the credibility of the probe.

desde 2009 até a presente data de ontem 29/06/19. E, ontem algo mais grave aconteceu em São Caetano do Sul. ´pois ontem ocorreu uma Depredação de Propriedade Privada na sua residência relatadada pelo Próprio Formador de Opiniao de São Caetano do Sul como se segue abaixo:
“Represália. após fazer uma denuncia à Policia Militar por perturnação do sossego no dia 29/06!/2019, contra a família facioli, ao chegar do trabalho por volta das 23:45 da noite encontrei o portão de minha casa destruido”

Se a PF tiver a competência que ela disse a Jailton de Carvalho, do Globo, que não tem, o Brasil vai ter um susto maior do que o de domingo, à noite, quando foi informada pelo site The Intercept de que Sérgio Moro, Deltan Dallagnol e os procuradores da Lava Jato trocavam mensagens de Telegram combinando passos da Lava Jato. Em sua coluna no mesmo Globo, Merval Pereira publicou a palavra do especialista em tecnologia de informação Sílvio Meira sobre a possibilidade concreta de uma conspiração dos inimigos da operação, gastando muito tempo, dinheiro e know how para hackear essas mensagens da comunicação. Junte-se a isso o fato de só terem sido hackeados celulares da Justiça e do MPF e nenhum da PF, que está encarregada de oito investigações e já dá sinais de que periga não desvendar os crimes nem processar seus autores.
